I am in the process of rebuilding a carb off a mid-80s fj60...I might put it onto my 55 - but ran into a little problem.

I rebuilt the carb according to the FSM and had a few issues. The carb rebuild kit I had contained the diaphragm, but the shaft was wrong...luckily, I had another carb to pull that part from.

I buttoned it all back together and then reviewed what I had left...looks like one too many parts, but I went back through the FSM and can't find where this goes, it looks like a jet, but has multiple drilled holes at the base

Any help?
