Icon rims and you want to run the center caps?

I found a spacer on ebay that seems to work. Here's a link to it.

The dust cap needs to be pounded down just a bit. The screws it comes with are the same threads as the rims, so I cut them down about 3/4" and painted them black:

Clean up the threads:

Bingo! Its' about 95% correct in lining up, but from 2 feet away it looks perfect.
