Here are my readings. I’m measuring about 1/2” lower on driver side without me in the truck. I got the pressures working my way up from L -> N -> H and back down to L to verify.

Any thoughts/feedback/suggestions???

Been trying to understand the ahc and determine if it needs adjusting. Not looking for additional lift. Just want it to all be in spec. If the pressure is too high, would it cause a vibration in the steering wheel? Trying to chase down a ghost shake.

Thx!

Ok so after reading previous threads, I added 5 CW rotations of the torsion bar to drivers side and 3 cw rotations to the passenger side, here is what I got.

Before these adjustments, I was getting 7/8 graduations. Now I’m at 12.

But now I hear the system kicking on and adjusting itself at N when I just did a test drive. How often should it be adjusting? Maybe I need to adjust height sensors??

Maybe @PADDO might advise?? :)

That's fair amount of improvement in graduations from 7 to 11.Did you have trouble turning the torsion bars can't turn mine so hard with a ring spanner.

No trouble at all with a 30mm wrench. Some people jack up the truck very slightly, one side at a time. I found that if you cycle the AHC system from N to high, it relieves some the pressure off the t bars and allows you to turn it easier. At least it did for me.

And yes, I got some real good improvement on the fluid levels. Not unheard of as others have received the same results as well.

I believe the only reading that counts is when you go from L to N.

Yes. From whay others have said that is where the system is under pressure and operates under normal conditions so that would make sense.
