Hey guys! I made a neat fuse block adapter for the earlier FJ40's. It adapts to a BlueSea 5035 fuse block to replace the glass fuses which can be difficult to come by in a pinch and modernize-ish the electrical. My 40 is a 70 year model and has a 4 1/2" spacing on the OE fuse block - so this works with that. The wonderful thing about this fuse block is it generally mimics the shape of the OE fuse block while still utilizing ring terminals so, in my case, no wiring modifications were needed. That's pretty neat!
The first three pictures are my prototype on my rig made out of some flat aluminum bar I had around. The plates you will get have big thick curves and are made out of 1/4" Aircraft Carrier grade hot rolled A-36 Steel - the normal stuff. They will most likely come either coated in rust preventative, or in primer and will include hardware.
$30 - shipped - For the plate and hardware
$75 - shipped - For the plate, hardware and Fuse block
I take Paypal, or cash in hand if in NEIA
