I want my girlfriend to get my FJ40 on "Overhaulin".
I bet the cruiser would be a great candidate for "Overhaulin" because it is not your typical old Mustang or Thunderbird etc.... I wonder if they would be apprehensive about taking on the rust though....

Hopefully they wouldn't "pimp it out" though.

    Just a daydream really.

Do you really want to trash your 40 that way? They are way too heavy into chrome, straight body parts, street looks, and mods that vary greatly from the original design. No thanks. The 40 is perfect stock.

    Nooo...

    Thats what I mean....
The only way I would be happy with it would be for them to redo it totally stock.... Again, not "Pimp My Ride", Overhaulin...

I know that if my girlfriend did it for me she would demand (per my requests) that the truck be done tastefully and not "Blinged Out".

She knows what I want and wouldn't allow diamond plate, chrome, or any kind of lowering kit to touch my 40.

If I had a 40 Overhauled, I'd want it chromed... no wait. titanium nitrided.

That's right, I want the gold look on everything: frame, body panels, wheels, tires, winch cable, everything. :grinpimp: I be the king of bling.

All of the cars came from SoCal....I've haven't seen one yet from anywhere else.

If so, I'd be beggin the wife to do my family's 55 Chevy.....

Titanium nitrade body plating.....Hmmm, a scratch proof exterior for heavy East Coast brush busting.... The idea has it's merits..... :D

I wondered if they only did cars/trucks from a certain area.

    Crap.

    I am guessing they don't do Oklahoma:doh:

I hate that show. The premise is stupid.

If my family stole my FJ-55 and gave it to a bunch of goofballs that made it look the way THEY though was cool, I'd kick the entire bunch of 'em square in the nut sack. On national TV

Then I'd try to sell it on eBay. :)

Perhaps you are confused. I am in NO WAY affiliated with OU. I go to OSU and think that most OU Gooners are bandwagoners all the way.

But yes, Texas does do OU quite frequently.

Yeah I wouldn't want my FJ62 on that show, because they really stylize everything. Now, the fiance's 1970 Dart Swinger would be an awesome candidate. Especially if they kept (and built up) the 225 /6 that's in there now.

I'm still trying to decide if I want that car to have a beefed up A904 or an NV3500...

Don't you have to "show" it for a year or so before you actually get it back?

Is that the show where they steal it or the one where the gangsta's work on it? Cause they're both retarded....

they grab most of the vehicles from So. Cal because that's where Foose's shop is.

seems to be the way I'd do it...
