Apparently, XMLs flex pretty good when you push the tire so hard against a rock that it lets all the air out of the bead...lol.

The sliders work nice. If I didn't have them, I'd be posting about how much it sucked to have to abandon my destroyed Lexus on that trail...

The most fun part was the end with the steep hill climb. I had to back up 1 foot to get enough oomph to make it over the ledge near the top. I back up 1 foot....press the brake.....and proceed to slide down another 5 feet with the wheels locked up.

Yikes....but I managed to stop before sure doom and lived to tell about it.

Never seen that white 80, are those 37's?

35s...

Quite well, actually.

I was able to pivot around rocks with the kickout and drop down to slide over ledges that would have wrecked the body if I didn't have sliders.

At one point I had most of the truck's weight on the back end of the cat protection plate and it didn't bend or move it at all.

Dude... where's that at? I need to run that trail.

Clarkdale/Cottonwood....it off of the turn off to the Tuzigoot monument area.
