Looking for a decent set. Surface rust okay, but no Rot, and no major dings. (slight ones may be okay)

I am in Salem Oregon, so local would be great. I am willing to drive a bit to pick them up.

That's what the aftermarket new ones go for, so even better for oem used...

How soon do you need them? I’ve got my new OEM fenders that I bought from Patrick and have yet to install. The existing ones don’t look very bad but I won’t know for sure til I take some paint off. Barge from Juneau to Seattle wouldn’t be bad. Sometimes it’s possible to find someone driving down that could take them as well. Anyway, just offering another option if you don’t come up with something closer and easier.

I got an offer through craigslist on a set of brand new (NOS) OEM fenders for 700 (for the pair) .. Not bad at all, so I think I am set..!
