I picked up an Iron Pig high steer kit for my Cruiser about a year ago. Since then, almost every tie rod has worn out. It wasn't too much of an issue before because I replaced the rod end with a local part and did a DIY alignment, but with my new tires, I'll be getting an alignment from the get-go and want to be done with it; I don't want to dish out cash for another tie rod an alignment every 4 months. The two on the drag link are new, but the ones between the steering arm are getting worn now. AS far as I understood the kit consisted of Trail Gear TRE's and custom IPOR tie rods and arms.
Is it because I'm running 37''s and the TRE's can't take the stress? Is there a better alternative, heims? Any better brands? Any greasable options?
Thanks
