What solved it for me was sealing the area between the glass and the seal. That's where I was getting water into the cab. It wasn't the seal between the paint and the rubber, which I thought was odd.

I ran a bead around the outside edge and the paint...still leaking. Then I ran the bead around the inside of the seal and the glass...leaking stopped.

That's where the water was getting into my truck too. In my case i found 4 leaks, to find the exact location of each leak i used an air hose, and some soapy water.

Now for some good news, i think I may of found the correct product to reseal my trucks windshield without having to remove the glass. If you'd like to see what I'm planing to use go to comment #18 in the thread listed below.
