LOL
Finally got fed up with my Husky 455 Rancher. Should have bought a Stihl a few years ago like I wanted to instead of settling and now having to buy again. So, after going to the store last night thinking I’d pickup a 290, I end up going home with a 310. No biggie. Used it a bit this morning and decided now I need more saw. So what to do…. Looks like I’m going to get the 361. D’Animal, you have any thoughts on that? Little more bite, less weight, pro model though, less vibrations and should be easier to tear down if ever need. The 361 isn’t a huge leap over the 310, but it’ll run another $175.

Junk,

You must be cutting more wood than the average mudder since you're moving beyond the Farm Boss model....I want to upgrade from an old 026 (muffler screws are rounded out) but still has some life left to it.........show us some action shots when you go to cutting. Dave

Emboldened so as to not allow very important point to go unnoticed...

There is only one color of Orange for power tools/equipment.

I guess you're right...........HUSKY all the way!!! Should've bought a 365 or 372. :flipoff2:

You will really like the MS361.

I have an 036, MS360 pro and an MS361. In that class saw, the MS 361 is my favorite of them.

Ask the dealership about the Satisfaction Gaurantee program.
Absolutely love the 361. Used it for about 8 hours today. Man, that thing eats wood like I eat donuts :D

hah....you guys would laugh at my Poulan 3700 I guess....I bought it nearly 30 yrs. ago and it just won't die.

I will probably buy a stihl if it ever does....but it just keeps on running. I probably put about 100 hrs. a year on it.
