Old black beast was trade in just a few hours ago...my wife saw a used Sequoia and pick it up.
I can't believe I got 210K out of her. Had so much great memory with it. I bought it couple of months after my daughter was born. The rig work 365 days a year, honest! Damn its reliable.
Just hope the Sequoia will be the same.:crybaby:

At least you are staying in the family ;)

you turnin' SoccerDad?

:D

Not unless that Camaro was a 68 RS/SS with a multi-leaf, posi, 427 and rock crusher gear box. Daddy misses his car. Sad Panda.

Man...you got a Sequioa?!!! Becareful when you go offrroad :D

please tell me this is a joke.......................

Im dead serious. No off road for this little bus. Gas wise I think 15 17 on city is about right. It just so hard finding another LC here in TX. Hell, if it wasn't for you guys on this forum, I would have sold it two years ago.

I saw its label...made in Indiana? I think assemble in Indiana may be...boohuuu no more made and assemble in Japan.

Sequioa is designed and make in USA for American. None of them ever roll off Toyota in Japan.

Good Luck with the new truck.

Looking at the Sequoia as well. We were actually looking at getting a couple year old 100 series for the wife before we have #2, but they're not cheap.

Sequoia's are great trucks, but as you know they replace a minivan (as do unmodified 80's, and very poorly I might add :flipoff2:).

I plan to get a new Sequoia to replace the minivan once I can afford it, that way I'll be cruising in state of the art 380 HP luxury and the 80 can truly be relegated to hardcore duty. That's when she will get rear leaf springs, a front 3 link, and 37's :D, and the Sequoia will be able to tow the 80 over the Rockies faster than it can drive itself :grinpimp:

Congrats on the purchase.

Too bad you couldn't wait a little while. Toyota plans on putting a diesel engine in the Sequoia. I'm eyeballing that day but the wife says she likes her Suburban too much and to forget it. I figure I gotta couple years to work on her though.

May be less, once the Suburban start to spend more time at the dealer's service dept than your parking way :crybaby:

By the way last year we meet a guy with a Sequoia at our favorite spot in the rain forest border with Brasil and the owner was quite unhappy with it because the rear suspension give up with the camping load weight he had, which was way less than ours.

Of course on the returning part of the trip, were highway was involved, he beat the hell out of us, speeding effortless with his big V-8

this doesnt excuse you from your obligation to post pics ya know .............;)

enjoy the new ride!

im sorry to hear about that man.......good luck though.......my Mom just bought an 08 and she loves it good gas milege to

I beg to differ. I had a sequoia and wheeled it quite regularly and it did great.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Down-grading is always difficult.
