ok so the every one seems to think turbo

I am not opposed to turbo's (I work on heavy diesel for a living) so lots of turbo's

and it is simpler to just turbo my cruiser..... might do just that yet

It's normally cheaper to buy the genuine Toyota turbo manifol and gaskits

I was thinking of try to find a complete turbo engine that is worn out or had some kind of failure
to get all the parts off

do the turbo engine run stiffeners/girdle ? if so can you fit them to a 1HZ block ??
