HZJ73 Transmission cooler

Anyone have any suggestions for mounting a tranny cooler on an HZJ73?

How about these Louis? They look a bit more puncture proof than the standard type

HI Rosco, looks like that might be the way to go. The heat sinc type rather than airflow as it is really tight up in front eh.

Will do some more research.

Tapage, if you pull a trailer a transmission cooler is a good idea on an automatic - I think it is also a good idea if a person does hardcore offroading as well.

Looks like a nice compact unit and you are not limited to mounting in front of the truck,I believe they would work well mounted to the side of the frame rails under the truck.
