HZJ70 / HZJ73 Comparison

I have my bid on the Japanese auction for tomorrrow - fingers crossed I will have this vehicle -

I have owned a 70 before, the boot was so small that I had to keep the back seats down. I know the 73 is slightly longer - can someone give me some idea how much longer the boot will be - room for a couple of Labradors? Or is the extra length given to the rear passengers?

Is the 73 otherwise the same as the 70 - will cut down rear doors off a 70 fit onto a 73 (thinking about when the roof is off)

The 73 gains 10 inches or 250 mm. The extra length is between the door and rear wheel arch.
Not a good pic but you can see that if you lft the seat up you get about 4ft to the back door.
The seat comes out in about 10 mins if you need more room.
Yours wont have the roll cage.
The extra length also improves the ride

Looking at that pic (thanks), the extra space inside is behind the rear seats - where i need it..
