Hydroboost Brake booster from Toyota?

I figured this might be the best place to ask....

Did Toyota ever put a Hydroboost brake booster on any of it's vehicles?

If so, which model?

The 100 series uses some kind of pump instead of a vac brake booster.
I dont know much about it except it costs a pile if it fails out of warranty.
