HVAC reboots while driving (1 Viewer)

Hoping someone may have run across this issue or have ideas. My HVAC system reboots itself sporadically. We recently just completed a 10 hour trip and the system rebooted itself every 10-30 minus the whole way. On other trips it was less frequent. The system does a complete reboot where the fan shuts off and then slowly ramps itself back up. I am under warranty and had the car in last weekend where they updated the software. It didn't fix the problem now i have to go back next Friday to try again. Super frustrating to play the game of going back and forth!

Yours would not be the first time a dealer tech didn't do a software update correctly. I hope they try again and it works. If there is an update for that very problem, it's pretty likely to be ok once they do it right. I hope they give you some consideration for the hassle.
