hub won't seat on stub axle (1 Viewer)

I didn't notice the part time comment... It's very likely that the fit is different between the part time and full time hubs. But I have no idea...

Yeh, with the factory setup there is no 1/2" gap or spacer. Very small space between the flange edge and the C-clip.

Sory to bring up an old post. I have converted my ful time vx to part time. When fiting manual locking hubs the pasanger side stub needing puling out al the way to get the snapring on. The drivers side however stuck out way to far. So far that the front half of my aisan hub woudnt meet the back half! Has any1 encounted this before? Here is a pic with the factory plate back on. The grove was 32mm from the plate

Sounds like your rig is an early model with the shorter birds but a P O swapped in a latter model long Birf.

Looks like a newer birf with an old flange.
