hub/torque wrench setting question

    The FSM instructions for setting the preload on the adjuster nut for the hub says to first tighten to 43ft-lb. Then loosen it to where you can move it by hand then retighten it to 35-60in-lb. Can someone tell me if there is a conversion chart somewhere for ft-lb to in-lb.
