Hub to Fender measurement on tyre (1 Viewer)

While measuring the Hub to Fender distance on my car tires, I get a certain value for Front and Rear. Lets call the values f inches for Front and r inches for rear.

Supposing I now change the tire and wheel size for all four significantly, will the Hub to Fender distance still remain the same at f inches for Front and r inches for rear?

What about Ground to Fender distance?

Hub to fender distance remains the same but can be adjusted with your torsion bars. Yes hub-to-ground distance will increase with bigger (higher) tires
