Can anyone share how to remove the coolant overflow bottle? Looks like it might have some kind of clip on the firewall?

Plastic is probably brittle so I just don't want to break it. Mine is all full of crud so it would be nice to take it off and clean it.

Hey man you’ve been doing a ton of work... how’s that truck looking? Bet it’s a beauty!
Funny you mention that res, I cleaned the outside of mine well but wished I’d pulled it to do the inside, maybe I still will. It’s loaded up w/ a cruddy layer inside too.

@NeverGiveUpYota it's alright. what i work on looks good and what i haven't doesn't, but that's the way it is isn't it?

i used a bunch of comet cleaner on the inside and outside of mine. seemed to work pretty well at getting most of the big stuff off. i didn't get it perfect on the inside because of access difficulty but its still way better than it was.

Dude, some your words could be mine. I’m still sticking to stock for now. Positive your carb rebuild is crap? Why? And the manifold leak, yup, that’s me too. We’ll get it. Just keep plugging away....
