I have the big nut on the top off. Also have the two nuts and bolts that hood the housing to the frame off. What now? Thanks

You need to take everything off the bottom and end up with just the center arm shaft still attached to the center arm. If you want to save the center arm shaft use some heat and spray lube of choice and a block of wood and a BFH (hammer). If you dont want to save it skip the block of wood part. Shaft is no longer available, but rebuilt kits can be found.
It's just seized in there after years of being abused by rain, mud, snow, road grime.
