I got my first Cruiser just a few days ago and the raido works, but nothing comes through the speakers. I know how to hook radios up but i can't get it out so i can fix it or put a new one in. Any help Would be great, thanks.

Stock or aftermarket? If it is stock, unscrew the nuts around the knob posts, remove the trim rim, and then unscrew the radio from the stock brackets. If it is aftermarket DIN size, your best bet since you do not know how it is mounted is to remove the dash cover and work from the inside.

If it's an aftermarket radio there may be a strap connecting the back of the radio to some point behind the dash. Easiest way to get to it is to remove the whole faceplate, remove the box below the stereo insert, and voila. You might also want to check for shoddy wiring--stereo install shops are notorious for this.
