locally....ie Napa whatever...

how would I find like glowplugs, or oil filter (element type)

I have the EPC, can I bring the numbers to them?

use the search and check in FAQ. The 2H oil filter should show up... (I think). I know the 3B oil filter has a NAPA cross over number in FAQ

Exactly. Go to the FAQ for filter numbers and see the part number and then go to napa. I bought a donaldson filter from them, as well as ngk glowplugs etc.

Also you could buy them Toyota(cough cough). But at a premium. Glowplugs at Toyota run 99 canadian. Ngk 20 bucks. Also if you want to go to a manual glowplug switch and eliminate the timer then you want the 10.5v plugs IMOP.

Well, I have the "H" so I have the whole build your own sorta oil filter ;p with the element, gaskets, etc... was hoping someone locally would have it, or could x-reference it...

I've searched and checked around...no luck.

The glowplugs as well, just mainly the 3B and later engines is all I could find...

EDIT: have the manual glow plug, just hold back and the key...it never kicks off...or should it???

The oil filter may crossover to something else.. I doubt it though. That may be a tough one if it's an element and gaskets. If you can get the part # you maybe able to get it from toyota. I doubt anyone is going to be able to cross non usa toyota part #'s

one of the aussie's should be able to tell you a part # for this and then I would order a case from cdan ;)

I would seriously look at converting it to a spin on filter like this http://www.man-a-fre.com/parts_accessories/oilfilter.htm

Glow plugs... take one out and look at the #'s on it. That as least have to be a basic denso crossover.

Injectors, pump items take to central motive power in denver.

you should sell me the 45 before you become too frustrated buying parts for it. :grinpimp:

lol, thanks, I know SOR has them for $15.00...and then whatever S&H is...I should call Mr. Cdan up, I have the part number on the EPC, maybe that will work...

I found a shop in greeley that does injector rebuilds and they test for free...so that can't be all that bad. They are looking for glowplugs...we'll see if they can find anything. I suppose i should pull one tonight and take a pic to get the numbers off of it.

Sell it! My wife would love for that to happen...she's officially the Daily Driver tomorrow... but needs those new glow plugs badly...and the oil change...and the fuel filter changed, and the oil changed, and new tires, and the brakes re-adjusted... hmmm...how much are you offerering??? :) ;p
