How to change front rotors

How do you change out the front rotors in a fj60 - i have them out but need to separate them - do i need to press them off -- can i reuse everything after getting just the new rotors - - how far would i put the bolts back in - thanks

Press out the wheel studs (a BFH can also work), then press them back in. Do not use the threads to pull them in; it fatigues the material and can lead to wheel stud failure.
