How many LC's make it past 200k?

I've located a '97 with 190k miles, priced at $10k...I know these things are notorious for lasting forever, but I'd like some feedback on this. The price matches Black Book value, I'd be the 3rd owner, and the current owner claims to have all of the service records.
Thanks in advance for your opinions.

It would have to be in cherry condition for me to pay that much and have every service record.
These trucks have no problem going to 250-300k and beyond if properly cared for.
My goal is to get to $0.10 per mile on a vehicle.
So if you bought this you would need to get 100k miles on it.
Lot of options out there.

The engines are designed to be rebuilt every 250K or so, and have enough material to be bored for 3 different rebuilds.

So, in a perfect world and with 3 rebuilds, it would last a million miles.
