How does this catalytic converter support bracket go? 94 w/side by side cats (1 Viewer)

Have to refurb or replace the protector housing for my side by side cats, but was wondering how this bracket goes since I don't see any evidence of one - I'm assuming it disintegrated before I took ownership.

Attempting to answer my own question...
Apparently this is the retainer mentioned in the TWC manual. The 2 nuts on this are what the bolts engage with on the outside cat to y-pipe connection. The inside cat gets nuts and bolts, the outside cat gets bolts and this retainer... The last mechanic that installed cats on this omitted this part, suppose no ill effects, but I have it, so installing.
