I'm replacing the radiator hoses (one blew and drained the whole system). I found that the heater pipe has a bracket, but it wasn't attached to anything. I really can't figure out how this is supposed to attach....any help?

Looking at SOR's site, I'm not even sure this is the correct part for the 40....looks more like one off a 60 series. Need some help here....
