How do I turn idle down on 3B?

My engine is now idling about 1400RPM when it used to run at 900-1000RPM, where do I turn it down at? Any pics?

Hey Moe, could you post a pic of the HAC adjustment procedure, too? That might part of the problem, but mostly I'm going to need it in a couple weeks.

HAC? If I have it, it's yours. What the *%#@ is it. Newb with a manual and still tryin to get used to the lingo.There should be a glossary somewhere here.Mabe there is.

High Altitude Control.

If you are getting white smoke with the high idle, it might be your governer diaphram has got a crack developing.
