How different are manual window regs to electric (1 Viewer)

Sup 60 lovers, my 1989 fj62 electric window has rusted out where the window sits on the rail pretty much 37 38-r has expanded
can I buy a manual regulator and fit the motor to it or do I have to buy a used reg with a motor
obviously the manual being cheaper

that is not the regulator, that is the piece attached to the bottom of the glass
either replace the metal piece on the glass or replace glass with a good metal piece
