I didn't see the dimensions listed anywhere on the auction

But I'd say it is a pretty small piece of junk

Total and complete POS. It's probably a resistor that replaces/fools the coolant temp sensor so the computer thinks the truck is always cold and pumps more fuel in the mix, thereby reducing mpg, and maybe even engine life, while providing a 0.005HP boost.
