Hello! It's been a while, So the hood mat has started drooping and I hadn't caught it, it seemed to have to rubbed against this hose and gave it a pinhole which is leaking fluid. My FSM is buried in boxes in the garage since a move and I can't get to it. Can someone ID the hose and give me a part number so I can get one right away? It's a 97 40th Anniversary Edition.

thanks folks, I'll order the kit from Wit's End. I'd rather have the other pieces for future need in case of a problem.

Looks suspiciously like rodent damage to me.
not rodent damage, the hood mat dropped in the rear and rubbed everything it made contact with. I drive rough unpaved roads daily, there's a lot of vibration. I'll be replacing the hood mat along with the hoses, alos yes those are the original heater hoses as far as I know. The only heater specific one I changed when i bought the truck 15 years ago was the PHH.
