Last week I posted re: horn problem. I put the shims in and did the fix as recommended. Works just fine and it was real easy. However, I do not know how much longer I can get out of the pin. It looks pretty worn. Anyway, I will probably want to replace it and the whole ring. How difficult is it to obtain this part. A friend told me that he was looking for the part and that it was listed as "out of stock." Where is the best place to order. Again, thanks.
 
You should get in touch with CruiserDan on this board. He's the local parts guy. You can find his information listed in the vendors section under "how to contact C-Dan".

He'll get it for you.

He recently sourced for me a part that was one of two that existed.
