Was just sitting down to dinner when the FJ Cruiser's horn started blowing constantly. Looked out the window and the marker lights were on.

Had to unplug the horn fuse to make it be quiet, but lights are still on.

Any idea what caused this? Only time it ran today was moving around the driveway, about 4 hrs ago.
My guess is mice + wires,. IH8Mice.

Heading out to try and troubleshoot it now.

Do you have an aftermarket alarm system? I have had a few friends have problems like this with aftermarket electronic devices like remote starters, alarms/stereos, etc.

Here's what I can tell so far.

If you leave the headlights on when you turn the key off the marker lights stay on.
If you turn the headlights off when you turn the key off the marker lights go off.
If you push the panic button the lights flash like they are suppose to.
Marker light's fuse is downstream from whatever is switching/supplying power to the lights.
Unplugging the light control stalk doesn't make the lights out.

The horn blows steadily unless you unplug it or the fuse.

Supposedly there is an Main Body ECU that may have something to do with this?

Is there a horn relay? If so where?
Can you tell me which of the plugs at the steering wheel has the horn?
