I’m seeing some slight sag from my hood liner and it’s coming into contact w hot spots on the engine. Is this bad? Any fixes?

Mine sagged and I think a mouse had a home in there before I bought it. Anyway, there is nothing more satisfying than putting on a new one. Great upgrade. Get one from your dealer.
Has anyone used partsouq.com for this? Looks to be at least $150 cheaper than dealer pricing. $116 vs $288 msrp

Cheaper in USA. Shipping ruins it. Usually ~$200 from local dealers if you have a relationship with them.

Does the hood insulator come with the plastic clips to hold it up?
no.
If the 60/62 insulation is the same, you will need 17 clips part #9046709014
Those cost almost as much as the liner here in BC. Almost $4 each.
Only $1 there, frustrating.
I reused my clips.
My dealer had it in at about a week and it took longer to remove the dead mouse carcasses than it did to install.
