Hood hinges are bleeding rust (1 Viewer)

Anybody ever rebuild their hood hinges? Mine appear to have the pins rusting out and want to repair them rather than buy new, paint etc...
Will I need a press or just have to grind the ends to get the pins out?

See Post "Windshield hinge rebuild" for solution. Get those old pins out without destroying the hinge and go brass/stainless steel and never look back...If I remember I used lots of penetrating oil and banged them out with hammer and punch.
