Hello-

Metal Tech has the market on good tube fenders, but I was wondering if anyone has made there own?

I am interested in what you came up with. Got pics?

How did you mount them up?

Thanks in advance!

Drew

Mine are 1.25 tube welded to the frame under the firewall and wrapped around to the front grille which is actually a tube frame with the stock grille welded in. Has alum. Diamondplate for top and fenderwells.

Drew, Good to hear from you ! Not sure if these qualify, I trimmed my front fenders, and a friend who builds custom boat rails bent up these, incorporated them into sliders as well, they can really take a beating.

Those are SLICK!

Very cool thanks for sharing. Who bent them up for you?

Thanks, Drew. A friend here in the Seattle area did, he builds custom boat rails(among other things) for a living.

Remember, imitation is the best form of flattery. Bookmarked. I'll send a design fee if you want.

Just send pics, you owe me a beer !!
