Home made long shackles rant

    A good friend of mine works at plant making tractor trailer trailers, and in his free time he made me up some 7 and 7 1/2" shackles. Just put em on and it sits quite a bit higher, maybe 2-3" in the front and 2 in the rear. Handling was barely affected at all. I think its the higher cog more than the geometry changes. Now I need to weld my rear, and get some deep well lug nuts for my same friend's nasty tire/wheel combo(33 13.5 ltb), then I'll be ready for Paragon. All I have to buy is the lugs and 1/4" 6011 rod, damn I'm cheap! :grinpimp:
