Holley 350 CFM 2-barrel carb - Lower Price

I've got a used Holley Model 2300 350 CFM 2-barrel carb w/manual choke for sale. Carb looks to be in good shape, the PO told me that it ran well on his 2F. These carbs list new for about $290 from Summit Racing. I'm asking $40 OBO for the carb - buyer pays shipping, which is $10-15 via USPS flat rate.
