So Ive had my HH 140 for less than a year use it a lot and yesterday it stopped feeding wire, the feed wheel dosent spin any more jumped it out from trigger leads relay inside still clicks but wheel she a no spin anymore.

I'd contact Miller/Hobart, is yours the upgraded one with the "metal" drive assembly? The older models had plastic guts that werent the most robust.

yea it all cast metal worked fine till yesterday went thru all the usual trouble shooting but nada

Check your trigger and make certain your controller connection is plugged tightly in. I had the same issue and the controller wasn't plugged in all the way.

any update on this? I have the same welder, I would like to file any solution in the back of my head somewhere.
