Yes, a few of the importers here have parted out some 60's, try Wayne(crushers)
maybe others like G&S cruiser parts...maybe try calling the other guys, they are mostly all on here.

But in reality, your could cut your own bumber and make a bracket to fit in there, looks pretty simple to me.
the chrome part is standard bumper tube. should be easy enough.

I like the look of the split bumper too. Less to stick out the back.
