Hello Mud,

This will be my first time documenting a build. I have been a Toyota Land Cruiser fan the past 7 years or so. I recently traded my 80 series for a 1984 HJ47 Ute from Australia. As much as I love my 80 I fell in love the second that I saw this beast. She's got a 2H inline six diesel with a ute bed and is well...very rugged in it's ride quality compared to my old 80. This is a shot of her the day she came to her new home.

So i pulled off the beast of a front aluminum bumper, replaced the blown out iron man shocks and threw in some Billsteins. I also replaced the BF All terrains with some slightly larger and arguably cooler 33x10.5x15 General Grabbers.

After digging around a bit I found out that I have a rear battery box built in along with a 24 gallon aluminum secondary tank. :bounce:

Future Plans:
-Install new topper
-Upgrade the shackles (anyone have a good recommendation?)
-Spruce up the interior with some new door panels
-Raptor line the interior floor base
-2H engine maintenance (thermostat, fuel filter, oil filter, intake)
-Plumb a 3 way valve so I can select which tank I wish to pull fuel from. I am thinking about doing a dino diesel and bio diesel set up.
