I am new to diesels and just trying to familiarize myself with things in the engine compartment....most I know or have learned, but some I dont and cant find in the manual.
There is a box (finned) in a hole in Lt front fender (near firewall)
That is the stock 12v converter as i understand it. I have never heard of one still working by this time, so its likely just a paperweight with some electrical connections.
