HJ 45 rear wheel arches and tailgate

Hi, could anyone help me out here please? What is the correct profile for the rear wheel arch on a '75 HJ45 as I seem to be able to find both square (similar to the front) and round options. Also should the tailgate be 3 or 4 hinge.
