Ouch, a dremmel tool and a steady hand? Or start with an EZ out and expect to end with having to fully drill the bolt out?
I wouldn’t have guessed that the wiper arm was threaded as well but this one isn’t on my list of things to do so I’ve never researched it.
It’s part of the link assembly (85150-60111) and I *think* it’s NLA because I tried getting a new one for the turbo truck with zero luck anywhere. I’d suggest a parted out truck.
If it was mine, I would attempt to drill it out. It appears from your pic that it is a threaded stud rather than a part of the casting.
I'll bet you saidyea, it was one of those moments... Last thing I had to do on a long long list of things, I was tired, it was late, I took a shortcut and instantly regretted it.

I wasn't even pissed, I just looked at the bolt head spinning and was like "huh well that sucks" then calmly walked back to the bench put my tools away cracked a beer, and took a shower.I'll bet you said
"Shucks! I shore wish I hadn't done that! I need some ice cream!"
