Perfect, ill have to do some research on how to adjust the AHC after cranking them.

You need to get Techstream setup. The files you need and the details are in this thread How-To: TechStream In 5 Minutes

Once you do that and see where your pressures are, you adjust the T-bars to get them back in spec in the front. In the rear you have to get new springs or spacers to bring the pressures down.
 
For anyone interested these were my pressures after the bumper.

Yeah I was surprised too. Maybe the PO had them set when he had the fluid flushed, I dunno. I kinda want to do the sensor lift now, but I also don't want to stress my AHC anymore than I have to
