1. HER DIARY (wife)

Tonight I thought he was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a bar to
have a drink. I had been shopping with my friends all day long, so I thought
he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment.
Conversation wasn't flowing so I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we
could talk. He agreed but he kept quiet and absent. I asked him what was
wrong; he said nothing. I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset. He
said it had nothing to do with me and not to worry.
On the way home I told him that I loved him, he simply smiled and kept
driving. I can't explain his behavior; I don't know why he didn't say I love
you too. When we got home I felt as if I had lost him, as if he wanted
nothing to do with me anymore. He just sat there and watched T.V.
He seemed distant and absent.
Finally, I decided to go to bed. About 10 minutes later he came to bed, and
to my surprise he responded to my caresses and we made love, but I still
felt that he was distracted and his thoughts were somewhere else.
He fell asleep-I cried. I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his
thoughts are with someone else. My life is a disaster.

2. HIS DIARY (husband)

Today Randy Moss got traded, but at least I got laid.

Usually I stop caring about the Mets by the All Star break, at which point I switch to the Red Sox. Looks like that time will come sooner rather than later this year. . . .

patride, sorry for your loss. What a frickin' game, though.

Don't worry, the bad karma looks like it is all swinging the Mets' way these past few years.

Oh, sorry, you're an Astros fan--I guess you ain't doin' so good either, huh?

no doubt....the Stros are trying to make the 50 year mark without a world series appearance.....only 10 years to go!

Dude, get your facts straight, Randy Moss didn't get traded today, that was a few months ago. Jerry Rice joined the Broncos today...wahoo...sure he's old, but you still gotta like a dude that hold like 19 NFL records, and is a standup guy...

Soooooo, are the Donkeys going the way of the Chiefs? Attempting to recruit any/all has-beens in a vain attempt to keep the franchise interesting? I've been a Chiefs fan my entire life; HOWEVER, the Joe Montana move was quite likely one of the Top 10 Stupidest Things to do with a Pro-football team. Look what happened with Rich Gagnon. All I have to say is.....ANYONE who is a Chiefs fan is a fricking 'DIE-Hard'........SuperBowl I and IV......we're still at .500. GO CHIEFS!!!!!  :flipoff2:

i was going to post a thread on that....Rice needs to hang it up. he's embarassing himself at this point.

i can't stand those guys (Rice, Jordan, Rickey Henderson) that just won't let it go....

Hey, Rickey just loves to play. :) And you should see the fans and young players when they're talking to him--awesome.
