I have a 1-hr-old set of HIR2 / 9012 Phillips low beams from HIR Headlights 9011 9012 bulbs. I even trimmed the tab down one one (per their instructions).
I accidentally ordered lows instead of highs and since I am already running DDM 5000K HIDs, I have decided not to keep them.
Shipped price for me was $57.10
Shipped price to you is $40.00 (plus you only have to trim 1 additional tab on your set in order to fit them in your 9006/HB4 light socket).
