What other Toyotas use the same thing that the Arms attach to that have 4 Studs on the top and bottom, and the Wiper Seal attaches to the back of?

You talking about the steering knuckle? If so:
1979-1985 (USA) mini trucks and 4Runner
All FJ60/62
Late FJ40 (1979+ ?)

Steering Knuckle Knowing I can get 'em off any 60 Series makes the hunt easier.

I don't think a 60 series will be the right size.

Maybe a newer 79/78 series with the smaller axels will be closer. But I cannot say for sure. 60 series ones will be bigger.
