I've been hunting for an ln106 for over three years now. I finally found one and brought it home. I find it strange that the breather tube comes out of the valve cover. Does anyone know why? I'm guessing it has to do with keeping the EGT down. Also, does anyone have any experience putting an intercooler on one and can you recommend a good one to buy. This truck has a turbo and I find my self letting the EGT get away from me sometimes. I try to keep it under 1000F, but sometimes I look down at my gauge and notice I've let the temp get above 1000. I want to keep this girl around for awhile. Any other modification tips are greatly appreciated.

My app just crashed on me during the last sentence of a long answer, so here's the short version.

Valve cover tube is pcv. Intake goes into the front of the turbo and crosses to the right side.

How much boost are you running? Any black smoke?

Intercooler - if I could do it again, I would go water to air due to limited space.
