I am running OEM 16" tires on my 98 LC100

My buddy just bought a 2020 Highlander with 17" rims. He promptly took off the OEM Highlander Rims, and put on TRD wheels.

Will the OEM 17" Highlander Rims fit on my 98 LC100?

Are they an upgrade for street driving and 10% Off RoadHunting/Mud activity?

If they are a 5 hole, they should fit. My 06 LC came stock with 17s

Thanks for the fast replies.
I wasnt sure if going to 17 over 16" wheels would give me a better tire selection or more off road tire to use.

Larger wheel gives you less rubber for the same tire diameter. So there’s less tire volume to deform (especially at lower tire pressures) and therefore less potential traction.

Max. tire diameter is determined mechanically by the truck’s suspension and body, not wheel size.
